A New Roof Installed Clean, On Time, and to Spec.
Whether it's a new build, an addition, or a roof started fresh, you get the same standard: the right materials for the pitch, installed to manufacturer spec, with a written scope first.
A new roof is different from a replacement in one way: there's no old roof to tear off. In every other way, the standard is the same. The materials have to match the pitch of the roof and the weather it's going to take, the underlayment and flashing have to go in the right order, and the whole thing has to be installed to the manufacturer's spec or the warranty doesn't mean anything.
We install new roofs on new construction and on additions where the existing roof ties in. The first thing you get is a written scope: the shingle or panel brand and product line, the underlayment, the flashing, the ventilation, and the quantities, before the work starts. Nothing gets swapped for a cheaper version mid-job. What's on the paper is what goes on the roof.
Pitch matters more than people think. A low-slope roof can't take shingles, it needs membrane, or it'll leak within a few years. A steep roof needs a shingle rated for the wind it'll catch. We size the material to the actual roof, not to what's easiest to sell. And the ventilation gets figured in, because a roof that can't breathe cooks itself from underneath long before the shingles wear out from the top.
New construction timelines are tight and a lot of trades are counting on the roof being done. We show up when we said we would, install it clean, clean up the site, and hand you the written warranty paperwork. The roof you get is the one on the spec sheet.
Quick questions about new roof installation
Do you work with builders and general contractors?
Yes. We install roofs on new construction and tie in additions to existing roofs. We coordinate with your builder's schedule and hand off the warranty paperwork when we're done.
How do you pick the right material for a new roof?
It depends on the pitch, the look you want, and the budget. We lay out the options that fit the actual roof and tell you the trade-offs of each, then you decide.
